Instructional Design
The purpose of a design document or storyboard is to craft a detailed outline of the specific structure and content of a training module. It allows stakeholders, subject matter experts (S.M.E.s), and other instructional designers to grasp who the audience is, what the module will look like visually, what material is included, narration script details, and what type of interactions to expect.

e-Learning
e-Learning is the product of purposeful planning from the instructional design process. It’s remote, self-paced learning that does not require an instructor. This approach to learning provides flexibility and convenience for learners to progress.

Microlearning
Creating is my passion, and I love when I’m able to improve my training materials with my own capabilities! I use ProCreate, Canva, and more to create my own icons, job aids, posters, and more. I am able to customize my materials for each learning need.
